MONOBLOCK FOR RINSING, FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE MODEL PET FILLER, FOR BOTTLE WITH PLASTIC SCREW CAP.
On the upper platform you can find the following mechanical units::
  • In feed conveyors
  • Bottles transfer star wheel controls
  • Rinser
  • Filler
  • Cap machine
  • Height adjusting out feed conveyor
Inside the base the motorsing controls receive the movement from an asynchronous three-phase electrical motor controlled by a frequency converter and moves the kinematic motion made of the star whell control gears, the rinser, filler and cap machine gears.
All these gears are alternately coupled in plastic material and stainless steel in order to guarantee low noise and wear during contact.
The movement transmission with the gear that have the same diameter, as the machines can grant perfection of synchronism because the kinematic chain clearance, are really reduced to a minimum.
The base has height adjustable supporting feet.

FILLING PROCESS
The product reaches the machine since the bottom along a pipes line with correct diameter which allows a low speed circulation and consequent low turbulence.
On this pipes line a modulating valve is installed: it is controlled by a capacitive feeler places on the main tank, and it checks the fluid level inside the tank itself.
The filling pressure level inside the filler (with isobaric filling system) is controlled and maintained through an electronic valves system; the set level can be easily changed from the operator control cabinet, according to the filling needs.
Once the empty bottle is in contact with the filling valve mouth, some dedicated controls allows to carry out the following steps:
  • Bottle pressuring with consequent valve opening and container filling
  • Valve closing
  • Decompression
  • The bottle release from the valve mouth at the end of the filling phase is due to a mechanical action of a cam which, operating on the valve pneumatic lifting system, causes the descent of the container support.



FILLER
The filler has been produced for isobaric filling of carbonated and flat products or gravity filling only for flat product in plastic bottles.
The filler is composed by the following main components:
  • Drum
  • Product annular collector
  • Upper annular collector
  • Central tank
  • Filling valves
  • Upper central collector
  • Lower central collector
